Complaints and concerns

We hope that you will be very happy with the services that we provide, but if not, then we really want to know so that we can improve. You can make a complaint either directly to Mendip YMCA, or to Supporting People, who are based at County Hall.

Our staff are trained and experienced in dealing with young people, homelessness and related support. We are all committed to “equal opportunities”, to treating all of our clients with respect and to doing the best that we can. If you feel that you have been treated any less favourably on the grounds of your gender, race, sexual orientation, disability, colour, marital status, nationality, etc., then we want to know about it because we take these things very seriously.
