Summary of Meeting of 5 June 2008.

Work is in progress to refurbish the seats around the village and hopefully to get one more for the Playpark.  The council wants to complete this work during the summer months.

Planning applications for 26 Mill Leat and Outbuildings at Northfields were discussed and council recommended approval to MDC.

The council approved the measures being taken by the Village Hall and Playing Field Trust Committee to update the Trust Deed and make it more relevant to the 21st century usage.

The next meeting of the parish council will be on 3 July.
